Excellent for Solo Traveler

The staff were incredibly warm, especially Heidy at reception. They went above and beyond, which made a single traveler like me feel at home in such a bustling place.

It wasn’t cheap, but you pay for quality, and in this case, it was worth it.

The Deluxe Double Room felt thoughtfully designed with decent decor that had a cozy touch. The location was just a short walk from various attractions, making it easy to explore without hassle.

The room had a strange cramped feeling despite being labeled as 20 m². No sandwiches or fries on the 24-hour room service menu really disappointed me late at night, opting instead for a questionable lasagne that didn't look appetizing. Parking was a hassle. the concierge suggested a nearby carpark instead of offering valet service, which isn't what I'd expect at this price point. Cracking wooden floors and the constant noise from the operating lift made for a restless night. the checkout process included a surprise discretionary service charge that could've been communicated better upfront.

I enjoyed staying in the Mews Suite. The room felt spacious and had a beautiful charm to it. The location provided easy access to nearby museums, which I loved. The beds were super comfy, allowing for restful nights. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch. there were a few issues that could be improved. The stairs were quite narrow, which was a little challenging with luggage. it would’ve been nice to have a curtain for the skylight above the second bed. we had to improvise with chairs and cushions. the staff was friendly and very helpful, which really enhanced my stay.

I had a great stay. My room was spacious and well-decorated. The location was perfect, near several attractions. The staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast offered a wonderful selection.

Loved the spacious room with a big tub and the proximity to museums. Great for explorers! Had a blast after a full day at the Natural History Museum, just a quick stroll away.

The executive double room was spacious with a comfortable seating area and flat-screen TV. It had a private bathroom with free toiletries and a bathrobe. The mini bar was well-stocked, and they provided complimentary chocolates. Enjoyed the fitness center as well. Easy walk to museums and great restaurants nearby.

We enjoyed a delightful two-night stay with amazing staff who went above and beyond for us. The cozy Superior Double Room provided restful nights. Be sure to explore the charming cafes nearby—those croissants are a must! Don’t miss the incredible location near major attractions.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room that had the most delightful decor that wrapped me in warmth right from the first step. Just across the street, I found South Kensington station, making every London attraction about a hop away! The staff attended to every little detail with such genuine warmth, especially Thomas who made sure I had everything I needed for a perfect stay.
